About Us

Craiger's Breading was founded in 2012 by Craig Reiger in a small city on the marsh called Horicon, WI. He has worked both in the outdoor and food industry for over 10 years. He wanted to tie the outdoor industry with a quality food product. He wanted a good tasting, light breading that turned golden brown no matter how you cook it. Over the years he has tweaked and perfected his breading recipe until he felt it was finally ready for the public.
